1. Service Scope
Diesel Expert Mobile Mechanics provides mobile repair and maintenance services for diesel trucks and fleets. Services include inspections, diagnostics, and repairs as agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Appointments & Availability
All appointments are subject to availability. While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
3. Customer Responsibility

The client must provide accurate vehicle details when booking.

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible working conditions for our mechanics.

Any additional issues identified during service will be communicated and may require additional costs.
4. Payments & Fees

All payments are due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service charges are non-refundable once work has begun.

Additional parts or labor not included in the initial estimate will be billed separately with customer approval.
5. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee workmanship for a limited period depending on the service provided.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or third-party repairs.

Diesel Expert Mobile Mechanics is not responsible for indirect losses, including downtime, loss of income, or consequential damages.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations may result in a call-out fee.

Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
7. Emergency Services
Emergency services may carry additional charges depending on time, location, and urgency.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or your business’s registered country).
